This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 on the processing of personal data in order to follow up the requests and complaints of those who want to receive information about Vals Diamond's products and services or to follow up the requests and complaints of the persons to whom Vals Diamond offers products / services, and to evaluate their suggestions and recommendations.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data collected through our communication channels and other channels disclosed by you within the scope of the services we provide to you in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and the relevant legislation and the data processing purposes and legal reasons specified in this clarification text may be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Pursuant to Article 5/2 (a) of the Personal Data Protection Law, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Commercial Code and other legislation, based on the legal reason that it is expressly stipulated in the law. As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Vals Diamond in writing in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law or by the methods specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your requests will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, Vals Diamond will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
